1. User Data
You retain ownership of any data you upload. You grant Grads LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, and process this data for the purpose of performing the training and for the internal improvement of our AI systems and research.
2. Data Retention
We will store your uploaded training data for a period of one (1) year following the completion of the training job. After this period, we reserve the right to delete the data permanently.
3. Payment Information
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. We do not store your payment details directly. Paddle collects and processes payment information in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
4. Model Delivery
Models are delivered by being uploaded to a Grads LLC-managed repository on Hugging Face. By default, this repository is public. We will provide you with the necessary access link/credentials.
